Closing my account
Hi I would like to close my account, How do I do that?

On Christmas Eve I have received an email stating that from 1st January 2018 you will start charging my account an admin fee if there is no activity on my account - not the best day to send such an email I guess... I would like to ask you to close my account so that such fee is not payable.
