Stream blocked

Hello,

I am currently doing a job for a client and the work has been passed on but now the work stream has been blocked because the job has been adjusted.

I can't message the buyer or get paid.

How do I resolve this?

  How has it been solved?

  I've received a message saying the workstream has been blocked because the job violated PPH rules. 

  I haven't been told how to contact the buyer or be paid for my work.

  Hi was had posted a job and sharing my agreement with the seller to review and quote but now my stream is locked. we would like to hire her for he hourly and finish the job. Could you please advice and unblock my stream.
