My payoneer account status is still not verified

Hello!

Please help me.

My payoneer account status shows "not verified"

First name and Last name fields of account edit window are marked with red warnings. All of other fields are checked by green mark.

And I can see on top of window:

"One more step... you need to verify your account via the email we have just sent you. Resend email"

but i've got nothing from PPH on my email box even after I click on "Resend email"
