  Also unable to update my profile. I'm trying to amend the 'About You' section so that it reads as below. Each time I press 'Done' I return to my profile and it hasn't updated. 

   

  I have a true passion for typography and a strong belief in a simple, clean layout. I was awarded a distinction for my Masters in Publishing. Since then I have worked on a brilliant and varied range of titles including fiction, illustrated non-fiction and picture books. My main work includes typesetting, art-working and formatting eBooks but the reality of the role is extremely diverse and I find myself undertaking new and interesting tasks on daily basis.

  Hi PPH support team,

  I tried to update my profile and cover image twice but I am unable to update my profile.

  Please fix this issue so that I can update the same.

  Hi PPH support team,

  I am having the same issue, I tried to update my profile and cover image three times, also my phone number is wrong and the town I live in. Every time I go to update it reverts back to the previous incorrect profile.

  Please fix this issue so that I can update the same.

  I have exactly the same problem, I've tried more than five times now. The system says that the update is successful but the profile remains unchanged.

  I Got The Same Issue About You Is Not Updating It Says Update But it Does Not Change Can Some One Help Me Out To Fix This Please

  I got the same issue. I edited section like About You, Profile picture, but in reality nothing is updating, all remain the same. What's the fix? Can anyone suggest?
