Cover Image Upload Not Working / Not Saving

After uploading a cover image and pressing the 'Save' button and then 'Done', nothing is saved. The image i'm uploading is 1170 by 330 pixels so should be ok. Can anyone help please?

  The browse icon only takes me back to the top of the page, same with the other browse functions
