Problems with re-submitting my application.

Hi!

I filled-out completely my initial application. Couple hours later, I received an email saying that I need to:


Please add more details in the About section.
Provide your real name and location.
Provide a genuine profile picture.

I clicked the "Re-Submit Application" button, and it brought me to the page where I filled-out my profile to begin with. Entered the missing information and re-submitted it again.

I was curious if the changes I made got saved. So I went back to edit my profile once more, to my surprise, profile pic is missing, about you box is empty and the location reverted back to London, GB.

Can anyone help me with my situation?

    Just to add, few minutes after I re-submit my application, I received exactly the same email message with the request to change the exact 3 items, name: 

    Please add more details in the About section.
    Provide your real name and location.
    Provide a genuine profile picture.

    On the side note, is the culprit could be the ' (apostrophe) that I put in About You?

    Both my Cover Image and Profile picture is in .jpg format.

    One thing that has been though, is that I removed a portfolio and it has been successfully removed.

    I'm not hesitant to submit my application for the third time or second time when it comes to "Re-Submit" per se until I get a feedback on what is wrong.

    Hi again!

    I just received an email about my application getting approved. However, the location still reverts back to London, GB. I tried editing it to Quezon City, PH, clicked DONE to save it. When I tried to edit again my profile to check if the location updated, lo and behold, it still says London, GB.

    So, for the next update, after I received a confirmation I tried send proposals to job posting and it shows this:

    Once again, I tried changing the location to my current city of residence, it still going back to London, GB.

    I really need help guys.
