Profile Picture will not upload

The site will not accept my profile picture and the error msg is cut in half so I don't know what the problem is. 

I tried uploading a JPEG (8 KB), PDF & PSD

  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that there is a change in the Profile moderation from our end from today onwards and you may not be able to edit your profile directly. Once you update your profile, it will be checked by our moderators and then they will approve / reject your details accordingly.

  We understand your concern regarding the recent changes made on our website, however this is only to make sure we have genuine profiles only. We appreciate your patience.

  We have checked with our moderators and informed that you need to upload your single profile picture as your picture.

  Hello, you sent me an email that I should put a personal profile picture, no cartoon or unreal images, I have been at it for several hours, it uploads to 10% and then an error message appears, which I can't see fully, and then nothing, can you please help, as I can't seem to be able to start working without it.
