PPH works against its Freelancers - Freelancers beware!
I worked for a client supplying 47 hours worth of work in October 2016. The buyer paid, gave a five star review, then popped up in March 2017 and applied to claim a refund.
Despite providing a full exchange of what work was done, even showing this person even called the Police unprofessional because any fault was someone else's rather than himself!
PPH gave a full refund. So I have lost £200, plus the commission that PPH takes for the pleasure of working on the account.
PPH is quite happy to break contracts and because it uses the cheapest option of what is in effect an Indian call centre who appear to have no grasp of the English language, it become' s easier for PPH to refund rather than back their freelancers who perform a good job and earns the company money.
It is sad to say, but PPH is rapidly becoming another "Guru" that can only handle Freelancers who design small GIF's and not the high end jobs.
At present PPH is now 4/10, so sad when it first hit the market it was 9/10, you could contact someone, even talk to them. Now, you are just another ticket on a system where those at the other end have to "elevate" your problem.
