I cant' withdraw my funds as my bank documentation is still under review. How long is this going to take? It has been a few days now since I uploaded my bank details and security requests.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
