Unable too post an hourlie.

I've got an email that my profile was accepted and then to complete my profile when I tried to post an hourlie the page tells me to re-submit my application by adding more details in the About section and by providing a genuine profile picture. I'm not sure what modifications should I make and don't understand why would my application be accepted in the first place if it needed modification. This is very frustrating.
