I am having trouble uploading a profile picture. There is currently no profile picture.

  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that there is a change in the Profile moderation from our end from today onwards and you may not be able to edit your profile directly. Once you update your profile, it will be checked by our moderators and then they will approve / reject your details accordingly.
  We understand your concern regarding the recent changes made on our website, however this is only to make sure we have genuine profiles only. We appreciate your patience.

  I've been unable to change my profile picture despite being informed that the acceptance of my application to appear on this site will depend on it. Could someone advise on how I can move forward on this? Thanks Joe.
