Charged more than amount

I paid $550 for a project and the money is currently in escrow, however the amount charged on my card is $569. What is this extra $19?

  Did you get a reply to this? I need to know why the amount on my bank statement is more than the invoice.  I presume it's PPH's cut, but I need documentation to show this!
