work done payment does not received

PPH Team,

            I done work of Kumar Q. of the project name  #1458038 Adding Motorbike Helmets Database into PrestaShop after completion the project i send my invoice but he cannot response and PPH team was moderate the project and Kumar Q has cancelled the invoices. please look at that matter so my invoices are paid by Kumar.Q.

  Thank you for your message.
  
  when you raise invoice, the buyer will be notified to release the payment to the invoice. They will receive such reminders until the invoice is paid by them.
  
  If the buyer still does not respond to the invoice then rest assured PPH will automatically release the payment for the invoice after 15 days from the date the invoice was raised. Hope this is clear.

  PPH Team,

        you see Kumar Q. another project Adding Motorbike Braking Line Database into PrestaShop same matter can occur at another project of Kumar Q.

  PPH Team,

         The whole work was online outside the PPH portal at Kumar Q Web control panel and after completion of work they cannot pay as i work done. please re-look at that matter. I will very thankful to you for this.
