PayPal Was rejected

Hello -
I have added my paypal account to my account to make withdrawls.

and i have added screenshot as per your requirement 

but when after 3 days - I have found it that it was rejected due to name is not proper. but I have added my business paypal account - so it doesnt show same as example screenshot.

 

please assist me in this case.
