Regarding Probation Period

Hello 

I  did not have any Idea about probation Period  and today suddenlly my account showing probation period failed .. will you please tell me the reason this failed and also please suggest me how we can resolve this problem.

please tell me the terms and cond. I will try to fulfill  all as per need.
