Auto refund? Minus 10GBP?

I'm a buyer and there was an auto refund for some unspecified reason. I now notice that PPH (you) took 10GBP even though on your page you mention clearly on every single page:

Money Protection
Guarantee

Job done or your money back

So this is not true! If a job doesn't get completed you get your money back minus some weird 10GBP fee??? Please explain and refund me the 10GBP as well.
