    Thank you, but rather than just repeat the same standard response to everyone who queries / complains about this problem (and there have been quite a few), why is the problem not fixed, or at the very least why is there not an explanation on your site that verifying accounts will take 2 weeks (or however long it normally takes)? Not to be able to access your own money for so long just isn't right. If I had over £500 in my account, I would be threatening legal action by now.

    Since my last post I have checked and found to my surprise that I only submitted my verification details last Wednesday and Thursday respectively, so I have not in fact been waiting for over a week. So apologies for that. But your customer service agent has just told me that it takes up to 7 working days to verify accounts. You should mention that it could take that long on your website to stop other people querying why their accounts haven't been verified yet. (One would not expect to have to wait such a long time.)
