Buyer not releasing my the fund
The scammer, who hasn't made any reply on the Workstream for more than 3 days, Unpaid his PPH account after I sent the invoice #1484868-1 for payment.
Please note that Proposal ID #9330805 IS A SCAM.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I GET MY ESCROW PAYMENT FROM A SCAMMER WHO IS NO LONGER A VALID MEMBER ON PPH ?
I hope PPH is not a scammer as well. Thanks.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When you raise an invoice to your Buyer they receive an email asking them to pay the invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid they will also automatically receive reminders. If the invoice remains unpaid we will automatically release the money in Escrow to you: for Hourlies the funds in Escrow are released to you after 7 days since you raised your invoice, for larger custom Jobs the funds in Escrow are released to you after 15 days from the date you raised your invoice.
If your invoice has not been paid, please rest assured that your Buyer is being chased for payment and if they don't take action you will automatically receive the funds in Escrow. If the funds in Escrow don't cover your invoice then the Buyer will be chased for the outstanding amount and further actions will be taken on their account if it remains unpaid.
