Invoice Not Approved
Hello,
I've completed some work and have invoiced for it. My documents have previously been accepted and I have checked this again (they still say verified).
I've already been paid for previous work with this client.
This time it is saying that my invoice has not been approved.
How do I sort this out?

I had a similar sort of complication in the past but that was due to my verification and paperworks.
I can assure that they solve these issues but it might take a bit of time due to the amount factors the team has to check in such kind of requests.

This is happening for me today as well. Client is getting massively frustrated with it as he's a decent bloke and actually wants to pay his freelancers on time. He said that the payment page is going round in an endless loop.
A new client *has* successfully paid an invoice today, however. I'm wondering if it's a glitch with existing clients if there's no new proposal.
Going to email support and see if they can shed any light. I don't think anyone official checks in here any longer.

It's support@peopleperhour.zendesk.com - they're usually pretty speedy and very helpful.
I'm just suggesting to my client that I can either send him a new proposal for his content on the 1st of each month, or he can set up an autopayment. The new client is going to become an ongoing client now too, so I suspect I'll have to do the same with them.
If this *is* what PPH have done, I actually think it's an improvement and safeguards everyone quite nicely - it's just a shame they didn't think to tell clients and freelancers first!
