Issue with Application

I still receive the bellow message even after making all adjustment.

"After a close review of your application by our team, we’ve determined that to be accepted to sell on PeoplePerHour, you need to take the following action:

Please add more details in the About section. Provide a genuine profile picture." How do I get past this as I strongly believe this is an error. Thanks in advance.
