I had added payapl payment method but not able to find out why still it is pending. Previously its was of name difference but i had changed it still it is pending.

  I had added my payal account 11 days ago still it is in pending mood. may i know the reason for pending. As for PHP policy it will take 7 days. its problem to raise invoice and bid on project as payment method is pending.
