filters
I have noticed that some buyers are not bothered to specify their requirements as completely as possible or as accurately as possible, for example a job says cabling and PC install and is listed as remote only. How does one do cabling remotely? If PC install is remote then cabling should be separated as on site only. There are may filters but most do not work either due to the above or the logic of the filters. I suggest you tweak filters to get almost exact match so we do not have to trawl through a long list of irrelevant jobs.
Also if you could make it such that once proposal is submitted view reverts to where I was in the search results. As of now I have to go back to browse jobs then clik filter then start on page one again. This is tedious to say the least
I have also noticed some people put proposals and while bidding they simply disappear! They might be phishing for contacts or sth, worth noting them when they join/register a job.
Others claim they can only pay once job done satisfactorily which is rather peculiar if say it is a document that will be sent back and forth until it is acceptable. Once acceptable what guarantee is there the buyer will pay as they already have the finished product. These restrictions should not be allowed. They should list the job and pay what is asked upfront and remainder as per agreement
back on filters some really do not make any difference e.g. IT support gives me a job on tax returns or real estate. I am just puzzled how this happens which goes to show something not working in the logic of the filters
