Urgent: Email Cannot Be Changed
Hello,
I am in urgent need of help regarding my primary email address. I am unaware of how to open up a ticket or contact PPH directly, so I am posting here.
I've recently changed my email address and I no longer have access to the email address on file (which means zero notifications about job notifications).
I've tried to change the email address many times but it just won't change. I.e. when I change and hit save, it just retains the old email address.
If you can help, please send an email to 'maxwell_jacobs@outlook.com'.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for opening up a ticket for me (still waiting on the email).
Yes I posted something similar to this community but I don't believe I ever heard back from anyone...
There is no error message, the new email just doesn't save - see screenshot attachments below.



As you can see from the above screen shots, I have not been able to saved my new email address. I.e. I have not been able to change from 'max.jacobs@bulletproofentrepreneur.com.au' to 'maxwell_jacobs@outlook.com'.
