    I'm very sorry to hear about this.  Please help me with the error message that you're getting while changing the email address so that I can check the details and assist you. 

    And also help me with the new email id that you were trying to update on your account.

    Hey Kelly,

    Thanks for opening up a ticket for me (still waiting on the email).

    Yes I posted something similar to this community but I don't believe I ever heard back from anyone...

    There is no error message, the new email just doesn't save - see screenshot attachments below.

     

    As you can see from the above screen shots, I have not been able to saved my new email address. I.e. I have not been able to change from 'max.jacobs@bulletproofentrepreneur.com.au' to 'maxwell_jacobs@outlook.com'.
