Hello please let me know how can my client change his rating on my profile. He wants to give me 5 star but unfortunately he gave 3 star , now he want to change it

  Did you get an answer to this as all i can get of peopel per hour is i have opened a ticket ..what kind of help is this can you just tell us all and stop wasteing our time how do you change the review. as i supect you cant and you are just stalling by telling people i will open a ticket what a waste of space peopleperhour is.!!
