Hello,
I bought two hour support over PPH, but it is too painfull to reach supporter. I can not get support eligible times. Supporter do not reply to me. My support started 20days ago but it could not finished. If you are able to fix this problem with me and supporter, fine. Otherwise, i require my money back. Thanks.

Getting in touch with support is RIDICULOUS. It is frustrating and overly time consumming. I sent about FIVE messages before I got a reply that was not even helpful! NOT ONCE has my acct been credited to accomodate for the frustration and lack of REAL customer support. I am honestly reviewing other sites to use....

I am finding the same - I submitted a job 3 days ago. I made the deposit 2 days ago but I can't seem to contact the freelancer (there is no reply function on the messages). I picked a freelancer who was a top Cert as I thought I could trust them (and paid a premium for this) I've asked someone at PPH to get in touch but no-one has. The slides have to go out on Friday and I'm completely in the dark. Awful experience to date
