Skills will not load

I'm attempting to add skills however it tells me the skills aren't on the list.  I'm trying to add basic skills and even the skills that are offered as an example and yet the list doesn't have any of them!  

 

Very frustrating!

  Hi

   

  I am having trouble listing basic skills. As soon as you begin type in the box, it tells you these skills aren't found. Web content - not found Web -not found Editing - not found and so on. In fact almost any skill in unfound .Can you a vise soonest please?

  I am also having the same issue.  I cannot enter my skill sets both primary skill sets and secondary skill sets as they are not matching.  How to tackle this section. Pls help.
