    I have never been able to pay by my debit card as it just freezes and computer and I can do nothing (not even close that window or go back) and I have to end task my browser.  This is the same even if I turn off my anti-virus.

    However, it does seem to work when I chose PayPal as an option but then I have to pay extra; I thought because PayPal was using a poorer exchange rate.  But I now want to pay £45 to someone in the UK but PayPal expects me to pay £50.10.  Why?

    I have checked my PayPal account and I do not owe any money so why the extra £5.10?

    This does make it seem convenient that paying by card directly to PPH has never been a workable option.

    I see that I am not alone with this problem. Did anybody find a solution?

    I enter my credit card info and it takes me back to the main page saying I have to contact customer support.  Also, I have changed banks and ALL of the credit cards listed are now defunct.  How can I delete them?  Thanks, Sally
