Withdrawal account pending

Hello,

I noticed that my withdrawal account for both bank accound and paypal account still says "pending" for about over two weeks, is this normal or is there anything other thing that I should do on my part?

  Thank you for your reply, I have uploaded the relevant documents already for both the bank account and PayPal account, please let me know if there's anything else that is still missing.

  My account has changed from a working one to Pending just this week?

  I want to withdraw some funds and i am unable to currently.

  Please assist?
