I am sorry for my delayed reply though we have been receiving an unprecedented amount of requests which has resulted in delays, but we are working hard to provide each and every user with the appropriate attention.

    First, I would like to apologise about the inconvenience you are having. I will be taking over the case from now and I will do my best in order for us to resolve it.

    I understand what you mean and we are in the process of creating a feature that will allow all of our users to proceed and attach pictures of their work.

    Hello Nick,

    thanks for talking about this problem, on Web development jobs is even bigger.

    Every day the amount of projects that have no information at all or ridiculous specification increase.

    Some of them have unrealistic budget, even for low economy countries and have the High Value badge!

    How is possible to pass moderation with a project description of one line and no attached documents?

    Buyers need to be forced to provide a minimum of information, that's the first way to stop useless projects that waste workers time, protecting good customers (escaping from PPH) and improve the quality of PPH.

    I am reporting loads of this kind of projects, not sure if is useful.

    A solution in other Freelancer Website is to enable buyers to post projects only if they put a deposit first, that will reduce the amount of time wasters.
