Hi,

I've had my application rejected twice for not having a genuine profile picture. Both pictures were of me. Not a logo or anything like that. Please can you look into.

  Same problem happening to me. I tried uploading 2 different pictures and got the same reply about them not being genuine. Both pictures were of me, so I don't know what else I could do.

  Same issue- uploaded new image multiple times but it stays the same and gets rejected.

  I'm having the same issue.

  I changed it but for some reason it didn't save. Surely it is counter productive to have this issue.

  I had the same, then went to My profile (top right of screen) and uploaded it there.. seems to have worked that way.
