Can't receive escrow payment
Hello. More than one week ago I completed a job, but PPH refuses to release the escrow fund into my account.
I received an email, stating "Your Invoice wasn't approved" which asked me to update my payment infos; the only problem is that when I follow the link provided by the email, all my infos seem verified and in order.
I also filled a ticket here one week ago, but I wasn't contacted from your support team and no further notices were given to me. As you can understand, I'm more than willing to work to solve this problem, but I'd like to receive some feedback and direction on what I'm supposed to do to receive my money.
