Refunds
I am unable to see the option to request a refund in the Workstream.
I asked someone to do a new CV, cover letter and linkedin profile for me. They said it would be ready by Thursday. Thursday came and went and still no response.
I emailed them on Sunday and received an email on Monday to say I would receive the information by cob today. COB to me is 5pm... its now 8.48pm and I have had no communication and in fact I have managed to get myself an interview without his help. So I would like my money back, otherwise I will be calling AMEX to do a chargeback.

So I completed a project last week for a buyer, he paid me for the work and then raised a chargeback which PPH are defending. However this means that they have frozen my PPH account meaning I cannot withdraw any money whatsoever until the chargeback is resolved - The attitude front PPH aid appalling and they have no interest in the fact that this is my livelihood
