Application submition issue

Hi, I'm experiencing problems submitting my application. At first I was being asked to add profile picture.Then it asked for remove contact information. At the end after spending lots of time on completing my application, I received this email:

"Thanks again for submitting your application. After a close review by our team, we’ve determined that we cannot accept your application as it doesn’t meet our requirements."

Could you please more details about what the requirement is and what is wrong within my application?
