Profile Picture - Help!!

Hello there,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me? I've tried uploading a different profile picture as I received an email regarding the first one stating that it wasn't good enough.

 

after trying numerous times to upload a different photo (the original was my partner and I) as just myself I've been sent 3 different emails to try a different photo. It looks as though my profile still has the original photo when I've uploaded a different one!

 

I've now been sent an email saying that I can't be approved. I'm assuming this is because of the photo?! Can anyone help?
