Identification documents problem
Hello,
I have received payments in the last 3-4 months via your platform and I have a reliable client here, with who I'm extending collaboration. Why does the site require for me to upload my government ID and a utility bill when I want to withdraw the funds? I uploaded my government ID card screenshot, but I really don't have any utility bill under my name. The apartment I live in belongs to my parents and all the bills are under their name. It's really uncommon in our country that each person has bills under his name. What should I do? What to upload then? I only have a bill for the internet under my name and I provided a screenshot of that, that you rejected. Do I have to go to my bank to require a statement then?
