Out of Office reply System

I find going away really stressful because most of my clients I work exclusively via PPH. I have to spend time making sure current clients are aware of my going away (they are unlikely to check any status on my profile). And even then, I will have older clients, and new clients contacting me on the PPH system whilst I am away.

I look unprofessional and feel rude coming back to the after 2 weeks. Not to mention the amount of job invites I have received in that time away. I could sully a relationship, or stunt a new job prospect in that time.

I'm also very unsure about how my response time is affected - despite the fact I've clearly marked my away days on the settings - because I will continue to receive job invites.

It would be fantastic if PPH had the option of sending an auto response, set by me or the system that lets a client know I'm away, when I'll return etc. And one that also informs anyone inviting me to pitch that I am away, and that I will not receive the invitation until I return.

This would alleviate a lot of stress, and help us all be more professional.
