Application not being accepted

Hello People per hour, 

My application isn't being accepted, it keeps saying please change these sections. As shown below:

I am really confused by this because it is my real name and location (I am just in Thailand at the moment but it is my home address). 
It won't let me change any details in the about section and I have provided a genuine profile picture. 

Can I please talk to someone about this?
I would really enjoy working on your platform.
