Hi there,

 

New to PPH, had a couple of questions;

 

1. Within the an initial proposal are you allowed to ask prospective buyers if you can look at their website, Dropbox or social media accounts, to gain more context around a specific project, or would this be in violation of the TOS in the same way that asking for an email address would be?

 

2.When it comes to delivery of large files, e.g. 500GB of video, is it acceptable to send the buyer a link to a Dropbox account or would this be a violation of the TOS? Should all file transfer go through the PPH uploader?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

  Hi Daniel, many thanks for your message.

  1. You should be able to ask for website clarification without breaking TOS. As long as you don't take communications of site you are not in violation of TOS with PPH and our support team can help you if ever there is any dispute. If you do take communication away from PPH you will have no support open to you.

  2. You are able to use the PPH uploader even for large and you can ZIP files if you do struggle. This also ensures everything is held within PPH's system, so if there is ever a dispute it can be resolved easily through the support team.
