I have just put a bid in for a job and it seems to be suggesting that my fees on that job are going to be 20%

 

I know recently I got an email saying fees were going up but it wasnt supposed to be coming in till may and only if I billed less than 50 in a calandar month.

 

these seem to have already gone up

 

please explain
