Changing Email

I have tried on a number of occasions to change my email address in settings but it hasn't worked. 

Does anyone know why?

  Hi Kelly.  I just changed my email today because of a security problem outside of PPH.  Can you help me find my log in name?  I may need to change that because my email and bank were hacked.  I have corrected the issues, but have to check all accounts to change the emails, log ins, etc.

  This is the second time this has happened to me this year.
