Hello. I'm new to using this site and I'm unsure about how the fees work. In the terms and conditions it says that the maximum charge per invoice is £2.50 yet when I tried to type in a bid of £70 it came up to say the amount I'd earn from this is £58.22.

    they ar ripping us off, it's that simple :-) They charge fees for EVERYTHING, and then on the rest that remains again when we want to withdraw our money (if there is anything left at all).

    And they never openly answer questions here so they don't have to discuss, it is always one-on-one and you'll never get anywhere.

    Today I wanted to bid on a small job, I offered $ 10,-. I would have earned a little ober $ 5,-. Almost 50% fees. Where do they come from???

    Hi  - Yes I have also been charged 8 Euros more for the exact same transaction amount.  Can someone please look into this

    Katherine, they have explained to me that they have increased their fees or sth like that. It is quite telling that there are no discussions on this board, they always say "we'll pass this on to our customer service", and their customer service is  always perfectly friendly but never enters in any discussion as well. As I always say, lame excuses, nothing but lame excuses. Ripping us off (I know, I repeat myself).

    It clearly states in their T&Cs what the fees are. 

    • For Sellers registered until May 13, 2015 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 3.5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £175 | €240 | $265 earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
    • For Sellers registered after May 13, 2015 and before March 21, 2017, PPH charges a Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £375 | €515 | $565 earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
    • For Sellers registered after March 21, 2017 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £500 | €600 | $650 earned in the month which has a 20% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
    • The minimum payment made using Auto Pay or Per Hour Contracts is £6| €7 | $10 (excl. VAT).
    • The minimum Service Fee per invoice is £2.5 | €3 | $3.5 (excl. VAT).

    Hi - thanks all.... Erm but this still doesn't explain my situation.  I billed the exact same amount the same week and got charged two different fees.  I don't really want to discuss over an open forum so could someone please get in touch personally asap.  Thanks.
