Seller Application is not approved

Hello PeoplePerHour Team,

 

As per your message, our profile has been accepted but still we are not able to place any proposal. When we click on "Submit Proposal", it gives message as below:
"You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved"

 

Can you please let us know by what's the matter and why seller application still in "not approved" mode?
