Service charge mystery

Can someone explain how I can have two identical jobs, a couple of days apart, priced at the same fixed rate and one has a service charge of 7.38 and the other has a charge of 22.14?

  Hello i have same issue here, why i got different service charges in same indentical jobs?, please check below

  if i check on earning calculator, PPH will charges me £9.25 for job £265 value , why now appear £32.83 & £33.65, are this company try to cheating designer?? please make it transparent company
