Can't pay using paypal

Hello,

I am buying a hourly but when i am trying to pay with paypal....

It asks for cvv code and when i enter cvv code it redirects me again to hourly buying page from paypal payment page..

There are no actions and money is not deducted as well.

I even tried to deposit money in pph...but I got stuck with the same problem.

Please resolve..
