Payoneer document verification

Hello PPH,

I had uploaded verification proof for the payoneer account I had, but it was rejected by PPH because the name and email was not mine on the payoneer account. I applied for my payoneer account, and uplaoded the new verification document, but no reply as of yet from PPH. Please help in this regard.

  Hello PPH, even the second document I uploaded did meet the criteria,and PPH says "Document and PPH Payoneer account mail mismatch", the email ID embedded in the email field in the PPH form is the old one, which corresponds to the other Payoneer account that I used on first time. How to update that to my new Payoneer ID? Thank you.
