    Hi, PPH. I am having the same problem with a buyer also. They clearly went back online to retrieve the finished product, but they are refusing to honor the invoice even after I reminded them about honoring the invoice. When I reminded them about it, they just responded with a trivial complaint about needing to add an extra space on the top of the page. Still, I got no response of needing to fix anything prior to reminding them to pay. It was only after I reminded them about honoring the invoice that they decided to say something.
