My Payoneer account is not visible in Pound Stirling PPH Account

Hi,

Dear Team,

My Payoneer account is not visible in Pound Stirling PPH Account. Payoneer account option is only visible with withdraw in US$ but in US$ withdraw option I cant find money I earned. Please assist what should I do. In past I used US$ withdraw option but now I have no funds transfer option in $.
