Payment Still Remaining

I'm really disappointed with PPH team. Not any kind of actions you're taking against my client. Now it's 2 months gone and he's payment is still remaining and you're not taking any care of this issue as I've already generated the ticket for this.
Hope this time you will take this matter seriously.

Raise invoice, If the buyer rejects it, then dispute.

from the same workstream, if you buyer rejected your invoice you will find an option to raise dispute.
