Funds Held in Escrow not released even after 7 days

Hi,

I completed some research work on 17th May and raised the invoice on 18th May for the work. Since raising the invoice client has disappeared and what's worst the funds held in my escrow (60% of the project) are also not released even after the stipulated 7 days has passed.

I have been associated with PPH for long time but the standard of client and payment procedure are nose diving real quick. Wonder why? That too when you have increased your commission to 20%.

Highly disappointed!

Can you pls get the funds released.

  funds will be released within 7-15 days.

  so it takes 15 days to get funds released though invoice states 7 days after raising invoice.
