 Hi,

The status of my Bank account approval is pending for a week already. Is this is a normal situation? How long it may take?

  Thank you for your message.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us. Last weekend was a Bank Holiday so please take that into consideration too.
